FAQs What happens if my claim is successful?Our solicitors will only be paid if your claim is successful based on agreed arrangements. There may be additional fees payable to the solicitors dealing with your claim, these fees are normally paid by the other party. Arrangments which incur other fees such as your medical appointment and reports are also paid by the other party. What happens If your claim is unsuccessful?You will be liable to pay costs to the winning party, however, our solicitors will arrange an insurance policy prior to commencing your claim so that these risks are covered. This means in most cases you do need to pay anything and have nothing to lose. I have legal expenses cover, will this cover my costs?Yes, most insurance policies include a certain level of legal expense cover, this will cover all your costs whether your claim is successful or not. I have been involved in an accident, how do I make a new claim?Use our online claim form and submit your details. We will contact you regarding the next stage of your claim. Will I need to attend a medical appointment?In most cases yes, we will arrange a medical appointment with one of our appointed GP's who will assess the nature of your injury, this report will provide evidence of your personal injuries. How long will my claim take to process?This is a common question asked by many people, the answer depends on many factors which can affect the outcome of your claim. One of the most important delays in any claim is for the time take for the other party to admit liability. On average most claims are settled within a 13 weeks period, however some may take slightly longer. Do I need to attend court?In most cases no, nearly all cases are settled out of court, however, there are some cases which are submitted to court. Usually, these claims are settled before any hearing is due.
